Frank Aerts, PT, DSc, OCS, CMP, CMPT, CMET, CCVT

Frank has more than 25 years of experience in Medical Exercise Therapy. He graduated from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium with a Licentiate Degree in Physical Therapy in 1990 and completed the DSc Program at Andrews University in 2012. He is the co-author of "Hand-Held Dynamometry: Guidelines for Daily Clinical Practice" (2018). As the Founder of the MET brands, he teaches rehabilitation professionals internationally about Medical Exercise Therapy principles through a MET-odology that brings precision to therapeutic exercise design, dosing, and delivery. He also teaches Physiological Basis of Exercise Prescription and Pathokinesiology courses at Andrews University.
